  4. I ENJOYED AN WAS INLIGHTEN AS I MADE THIS VIDEO. I AM 37 AND WAS IN SCHOOL ALL OVER. MAD RESPECT FOR THIS BROTHER. MUCH COULD HAVE BEEN DONE FOR THE VIDEO BUT HIS APPROACH WAS TO HAVE THE FOCUS AS A TEACHER…THUS THE BACK GROUND AND HIM……MORE TO COME FROM HIM.

  6. This is a cool song, but there are a few errors: young Frederick Douglass is shown during the bars about Denmark Vessey and Toussaint Louverture did not lead Haitians against the British during the Haitian Revolution (Haitians defeated the French).

Also, the video shows a portrait of Dr. James McCune Smith, instead of Toussaint, during the bars about Toussaint. See here: http://thelouvertureproject.org/index.php?title=Toussaint_L%27Ouverture_and_the_Haytian_Revolutions

    But anyway, good for Esebibo.

  7. @SmilingWakandan The Hatians had to fight the French, the British, and the Spanish to take their freedom. None of those countries wanted to see a successful rebellion, so they forgot their differences in the name of White Supremacy. I saw that picture of Frederick Douglass when he spoke about Denmark Vesey though. Still a dope song, and I like the way he turned a negative to a positive.
